CRM Program Manager - UAE (contract - remote)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end CRM strategy across email, in-app, push, messaging apps.
• Build and maintain CRM roadmap for lifecycle and campaigns.
• Manage messaging-app channel strategy (WhatsApp, WeChat, KakaoTalk).
• Own CRM platform relationships and vendor management.
• Lead AI/LLM integrations and automation initiatives in CRM.
• Own CRM KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and deliverability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
• Hands-on expertise with Iterable, Braze, or Customer.io.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and SQL.
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
• Experience with multi-market/international CRM programs.
• Strong writing and cross-functional communication skills.
