📋 Description

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns, including building triggers and automations based on customer
  • Plan content and optimisations for CRM communications (email, push, in-app messages)
  • Brief campaigns to stakeholders using project management tools (Monday.com)
  • Build campaigns and flows within MoEngage
  • Proof and deploy campaigns in a timely fashion to a high standard
  • Work with data and analytics to segment communications to relevant audiences

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience working with MoEngage or similar tier 1 email service provider (Bloomreach, Braze
  • Experience working on automated/triggered campaigns and comfortable in technical conversations
  • Confident manipulating performance data and turning it into actionable insights
  • Proficient using tools such as Looker/Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Comfortable working under pressure and able to work reactively
  • Exceptionally well organised with strong attention to detail
