Crypto Product Compliance Lead

📋 Description

• Partner with Product, Legal, Risk and Ops on crypto product design
• Advise on regulatory requirements and controls for crypto products
• Review features, comms, and marketing for regulatory compliance
• Provide timely guidance on compliance questions and regulatory developments
• Support regulatory exams, filings, and internal reviews
• Guide product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in financial services incl crypto compliance, risk, legal, audit, or ops
• Experience advising on AML, sanctions, and financial crimes in crypto
• Knowledge of consumer protection requirements
• Experience advising on DeFi projects
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects in a regulated environment
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership
