Own Canada risk program for Robinhood's crypto business.
Adapt global framework to Canadian regulatory expectations (CIRO/CSA).
In-person at least 3 days/week in Toronto office.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in risk management in financial services or crypto/fintech.
Experience with Canadian regulatory landscape (CIRO/CSA) preferred.
Design risk governance frameworks, policies, and RC/SAs; KPI development.
Strong written/verbal communication for boards/executives.
Comfort with data, automation, AI-enabled tools; governance of tools.
