CSA Engineer - B&I (Building & Infrastructure)

📋 Description

• Review shop drawings, method statements, material submissions and ITPs.
• Provide comments and recommendations within the assigned authority.
• Supervise earthworks, foundations, reinforced concrete, steel structures, waterproofing, façades
• Inspect incoming materials and installed works for compliance with approved submissions, drawings
• Conduct inspections and witness relevant tests at hold/witness points. Verify readiness for
• Monitor CSA progress against the approved schedule. Report delays, site constraints and required

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture or related
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision, QA/QC or site engineering for
• Practical knowledge of CSA works including civil works, structural concrete, steel structure
• Good understanding of drawings, specifications, Vietnamese construction standards, ITPs, method
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors in a professional
• Good report writing and communication skills in Vietnamese; English communication is an advantage.
