Helps create and drive growth across the cluster and key countries
Partners to build investment business cases with right ROI and investment allocations
Drives most financially and business efficient go-to-market model incl. indirect markets
Leads a strong environment of business support and financial controls
Actively completes financial planning and reporting processes in close collaboration with the CSEE
Responsible for budget and plans realisation, update and follow ups

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related; Master's degree/MBA highly preferred
Fully Qualified accountant
6+ years post qualification experience, ideally in multinational company, with focus on commercial
Strong business acumen, presentation/communication skills and ability to build working relationships
Excellent command of the English Language
Strong analytical skills, Excel skills & ideally experience of ERP systems (e.g.: SAP)
