Cultivation Agent - Bloom

📋 Description

• Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, according to Cresco Labs policy, and performing
• Move plants in an orderly, time-efficient manner from one area of the cultivation facility to
• Move soil/coco for transplanting plants
• Transplant smaller plants into bigger pots
• Harvest plants in an orderly, time-efficient manner
• Buck wet or dry plants after harvest

🎯 Requirements

• Two years experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to perform job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
• Must be willing to work around plant material, including exposure to plant pollen and/or dust
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with hands for long periods of time
