Cultivation Agent - Indoor Veg

📋 Description

• Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures
• Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs
• Assist Cultivation Manager with rotation of strains to ensure variety and quantity goals
• Perform duties to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility
• Clean cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools
• Assist Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest with accurate documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Two years experience in production, preferably regulated field for human consumption, or
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions
• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment
• Work around plant material with exposure to pollen/dust
• Physical ability to sit, stand, kneel, and do repetitive hand actions for long periods
