Cultivation Associate

📋 Description

• Cut, propagate, and transplant clones to support early plant growth
• Monitor moisture, humidity, and temperature to ensure healthy root development
• Maintain clean and sterile environments to protect young plants
• Track plant progress and remove any that do not meet quality standards
• Cut down plants and assist with trimming and processing
• Hang and rack plants for drying while monitoring environmental conditions

• Reliability and the ability to follow processes and meet production goals
