Cultivation Associate

📋 Description

• Perform daily plant care such as cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming
• Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions and meet quality
• Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease and remove any that don't meet
• Assist with harvest by cutting plants, trimming, removing flowering tops, weighing products, and
• Support the curing process by hanging and dry-racking flowers, monitoring climate conditions
• Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems while stocking supplies and

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Natural green thumb and genuine passion for working with plants, with experience harvesting in a

• Reliable and detail-oriented with strong documentation, inventory, and organizational skills
