📋 Description

• Lead customer discovery and implementation planning, including provider connections, prerequisites
• Read API documentation and request/response evidence to investigate setup issues such as
• Help technical and finance stakeholders understand AI usage, costs, and governance choices in
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Solutions, Product, and Engineering on deeper
• Guide customers from a working connection to a useful usage-review or governance workflow, and
• Capture recurring questions and failure patterns in customer guidance, troubleshooting steps, and

🎯 Requirements

• Roughly 4+ years of relevant experience in technical customer success, technical account
• Experience owning technical customer launches from handoff through verified first use and sustained
• Ability to read API documentation and reason through request/response evidence, authentication
• Working knowledge of multiple AI providers and the customer tradeoffs around capabilities, cost
• Ability to communicate credibly with developers or AI administrators and plainly with Finance
• Comfort solving unfamiliar problems, escalating with useful evidence, and building a repeatable
