Customer Care Agent – Digital Branch Global (m/f/d) Bilingual (German, English & Spanish)

📋 Description

• Support customers by phone, email, and video, around the clock, 24/7
• Guide customers through the entire pick-up process – from verification and digital pick-up through
• Assist customers in video calls, explaining processes and providing reassurance
• Answer questions related to reservations, rentals, and pick-ups, and assist with finalizing bookings
• Review customer data and quickly find solutions when information is missing or needs clarification
• Work internationally with SIXT stations in various countries to ensure smooth customer journeys

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German, English, and Spanish
• Customer orientation – ability to identify needs and issues, think ahead, and guide customers to
• Excellent communication skills – ability to explain complex processes simply, present confidently
• Digital affinity – comfortable using modern tools, including video calling, and digital processes
• Flexibility – comfortable in a dynamic environment and willing to work in a 24/7 shift model
• Teamwork – enjoys collaborating with international colleagues and teams
