📋 Description

• Support customers by phone, email, and video, around the clock, 24/7
• Guide customers through the entire pick-up process — from verification and digital pick-up through
• Be close to the customer in video calls, explain processes in an understandable way, and provide
• Answer questions related to reservations, rentals, and pick-ups, and assist with finalizing bookings
• Review customer data and quickly find solutions when information is missing or something needs to
• Work internationally and collaborate with SIXT stations in various countries to ensure customers

• Fluent German, English, and Spanish
