• Guide customers through the entire pick-up process from verification and digital pick-up to start
• Conduct video calls, explain processes, provide reassurance
• Answer questions related to reservations, rentals, and pick-ups
• Review customer data and quickly find solutions for missing or unclear information
• Work internationally with SIXT stations in various countries
