📋 Description

• Support customers by phone, email, and video 24/7
• Guide customers through the entire pick-up process from verification to digital pick-up
• Conduct video calls to explain processes and provide reassurance
• Answer questions related to reservations, rentals, and pick-ups
• Review customer data and resolve missing information
• Work internationally with SIXT stations across countries

• Fluent German, English, and Spanish
• Customer orientation with ability to identify needs
• Digital affinity with modern tools
• Flexibility for 24/7 shift model including weekends and holidays
