Customer Deployment Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive new customer deployments focusing on setup and adoption.
• Guide customers on Sigma methodologies and best practices.
• Define path to first value based on customer needs.
• Provide implementation guidance: BI/app dev, data connections, security.
• Manage milestones: kickoff, training, activation, handoff.
• Create feedback loops with Product, Support, Sales.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years in data warehousing / AI apps / BI analytics.
• 3+ years in customer-facing BI development with major BI tools.
• Hands-on SQL with dimensional modeling, SCDs, and pivots.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, and BigQuery.
• Experience configuring enterprise auth: SSO, SCIM, OAuth.
• Experience building data apps with APIs and external storage.
