• Configuring and troubleshooting customer environments (CRM, analytics).
• Read technical docs, identify blockers, drive resolution with minimal supervision.
• Empathetic, outcome-focused; measures success by customer value.
• Strong project management and stakeholder alignment; drive accountability.
• 4–8+ years in a customer-facing technical role; SaaS implementations.
