📋 Description

• Embedded Customer Engineer for public safety account in the Netherlands.
• Act as trusted technical partner across Axon ecosystem with delivery partner.
• Drive adoption, reduce risk, and improve technical health for the customer.
• Collaborate with Axon teams, partners, and customer stakeholders.
• Lead technical guidance through deployment, go-live, and expansion projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Dutch fluency and professional English skills.
• 5+ years in Technical Account Management or similar roles.
• Proven enterprise relationship management experience.
• Experience with government or highly regulated industries preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and executive levels.
• Technical foundation in networking, SaaS, identity, Windows, and integrations.
