Communicate test status and resend test results to customers
Schedule mobile phlebotomy appointments
Triage customer technical issues and clinical inquiries to Genetic Counseling
Process account requests: setup, changes, kit/supply orders, prefilled requisitions, order tracking
Respond to inquiries and complaints regarding missing/delayed samples and results

🎯 Requirements

High School degree or equivalent
2+ years customer service experience
Customer service principles and practices
Phone and written customer support
Microsoft Office, Google Suite
Attention to detail and organization
