🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer experience in financial services.
  • Willingness to learn options and margin trading.
  • Active Series 7 & 63 licenses.
  • Series 3 required within 120 days.
  • Series 4 is a plus.
  • Proven collaboration with Product, Compliance, and Engineering.
  • Proven ability to handle and de-escalate escalated customers.
  • Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Interest in financial markets and fintech.
