Customer Experience Representative, Active Trader

📋 Description

• Improve ASAT and QA by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and analyze customer issues; provide effective resolutions.
• Develop expertise in Options and Margin trading to handle queries.
• Use customer insights and data to identify trends and propose solutions.
• Contribute to knowledge bases, training content, and onboarding.
• Address escalated issues with swift resolution while balancing compliance.
• Engage in ongoing learning and team-driven process improvements.
• Provide Event Contract support after Series 3 licensure.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of customer experience in financial services.
• Willingness to learn options and margin trading.
• Active Series 7 & 63 licenses.
• Series 3 required within 120 days.
• Series 4 is a plus.
• Proven collaboration with Product, Compliance, and Engineering.
• Proven ability to handle and de-escalate escalated customers.
• Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Interest in financial markets and fintech.
