• Develop customer marketing content and assets
• Capture and develop customer stories with outcomes
• Conduct customer interviews and translate into engaging narratives
• Ensure content meets Dataiku standards for quality, brand, compliance
• Maintain a pipeline of customer stories aligned to priorities
• Activate customer stories across campaigns, sales, and comms

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer marketing or related B2B roles
• Experience creating customer-facing content (case studies, stories, blogs)
• Strong interviewing, writing, editing, storytelling skills
• Cross-functional project management with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, execs, sales
• Experience incorporating AI-powered tools into content/workflows (preferred)
