Customer Master Data Specialist

📋 Description

• Establish and maintain customer master data, including address codes, account changes, deletions
• Investigate and maintain customer licensing and financial responsibility information
• Provide responsive first-line customer support through phone, email, and Salesforce
• Manage multiple operational requests in a high-volume environment
• Ensure controlled-substance order activities comply with applicable DEA requirements
• Support customer master data audits and help maintain operational guides and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a data-intensive, regulated, or
• Knowledge or experience with SAP order-to-cash functionality is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interpret, maintain, and communicate customer master data
