• Make switching to the company easy, cut through the noise and help customers select the best Gas
• Guide customers on the first steps to adopting Low Carbon Technology (LCT), including Heat Pumps
• Initiate the journey for Electric Vehicle charger (EVC) customers, answering initial installation
• Take full ownership of queries and find the right solution fast, avoiding endless transfers
• Treat every customer with care and kindness, going above and beyond
• Think on your feet and deliver genuine solutions
