📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end rebate management process for Canadian pharmaceutical and healthcare payer
• Coordinate closely with customers, external partners, and internal teams to maintain clear
• Develop deep expertise in Canadian drug reimbursement, pricing, and rebate-management processes and
• Translate Canadian market and operational expertise into concrete product improvements, automation
• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and proactively develop or support improvements
• Execute and support data analytics projects, including retrospective rebate analysis and other

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in customer operations, data analysis, business analysis, or a closely
• Strong understanding of drug reimbursement, pharmaceutical pricing, or drug rebate processes is
• Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive automation, tooling, or workflow
• Strong analytical capabilities and practical experience working with data analysis tools such as
• Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, and communicate analytical
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
