📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and execute multiple service introductions with cross-functional teams to maximize value.
• Lead cross-functional teams to set launch goals and executable plans.
• Create and manage a plan to achieve launch goals and scalable launch strategy.
• Identify outcomes and metrics, monitor results, and adjust based on results.
• Prioritize projects, resources, and budget to balance needs and constraints.
• Drive continuous improvements to accelerate time-to-value and revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in program/project/product management in a SaaS company.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Care, Business, or 5+ years PM/EHR experience.
• Experience with Professional Services or Customer Support.
• Exceptional presentation and written/oral communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage conflict and drive decisions.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in healthcare systems (EHR/EMR/Pharmacy)
• Knowledge of PDLC and customer journey / lead-to-cash processes.
• PMP Certification is a plus
• Robust business acumen to partner with senior leaders
• Experience with data-driven process improvement
