Customer Portfolio Manager

📋 Description

• Manage customer relationships and act as primary contact
• Drive portfolio profitability and growth (P&L ownership)
• Coordinate customer communication and business reviews
• Oversee service agreements, contracts, and warranties
• Coordinate outage planning, parts, and repair services
• Manage financial administration and service sales

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in power plant field services or contract management
• Knowledge of contract service agreements (MCV)
• Power generation operations and outage expertise
• Financial and commercial acumen (P&L, pricing)
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
