Customer Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead complex customer programs from kickoff through delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans; manage risks, progress, and dependencies.
• Own program execution: integrated schedules and deliverables; ensure clear communication.
• Own commercial and operational success: budgets, forecasts, contract execution, profitability.
• Facilitate technical reviews and timely decision-making as the interface between teams, leadership, and customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, PM, or related field.
• 3+ years managing multiple technical programs in aerospace/regulated env.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without authority.
• Excellent technical writing and communication; translate concepts clearly.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness; cost, timing, risk, performance.
• Nice-to-have: PMP; knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001.
