Customer Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage customer projects from contract handover through delivery, installation, commissioning
• Review sales inputs, contract details, customer requirements, technical specifications, and project
• Act as the key coordination point for customers during project execution and align internal
• Provide practical technical guidance on recycling project execution, site readiness, installation
• Monitor project progress, payment milestones, budget status, cost deviations, and post-cost

🎯 Requirements

• Native fluency in Italian and strong professional proficiency in English
• Based in Italy, preferably within reasonable access to a major airport
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%, including domestic and occasional international travel
• Experience in project management, industrial project coordination, technical customer support
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and understand technical project documentation
