Customer Relations Executive

📋 Description

• Serve as a point of contact for corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading
• Look after a portfolio of around 200-300 clients trading online through the platform
• Understand clients' business activity/core business and FX needs
• Ensure clients use Ebury as their main platform for trading and making payments internationally
• Act as an ambassador for the product and service at a customer-facing level
• Resolve client issues as they arise

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and business level of English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interest in client servicing
• Confidence in dealing directly with clients
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• Eye for detail with accuracy in dealing with trade booking and figures
