Customer Relations Executive

📋 Description

• Act as point of contact for corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance
• Support day-to-day relationship of corporate accounts
• Look after a portfolio of 200-300 clients trading online through the platform
• Understand clients' business activity/core business and FX needs
• Promote company offering and identify new opportunities to grow new and existing key accounts
• Deal with live currency trade booking, banking information, figures and high value/volume payments

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to excel in high pressure/pace environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• Confidence in liaising and mediating between internal departments
