Enter samples into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Manage incoming/outgoing couriers; process return samples to customers in a timely manner.
Back up for Courier, picking up and dropping off client samples.
Provide additional support to the Customer Service team and intercompany departments.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years Customer Service experience.
Excellent professional, verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
SAP or other CRM database experience a plus.
Clean driving record to be courier supporting possible 5-6 hours of driving if necessary.
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to ITAR.
