🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation
• Experience with Live Channels is highly valued
• Professional speaking and writing skills in French and English
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to quickly switch between various customer channels (phone, email, etc.)
