Customer Service Representative - Mandarin and English (Interim)

📋 Description

• Engage and delight Catawiki's broad variety of customers (Sellers and Buyers) by solving complex
• Ensure customer queries are addressed and resolved in a correct and timely manner via diverse
• Mediate between buyers and sellers in disputes to find a solution that works for both
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Experts, and other departments to improve overall Customer
• Provide valuable feedback on service improvements through close customer contact

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation; experience with live
• Professional speaking and writing skills in Mandarin and English
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Preferably previous experience in a customer service environment or customer-related role
• Ability to quickly switch between various customer channels, like phone and e-mail communications
• Ability to positively interact with your team and other departments
