📋 Description

• Provide customer service and emergency services support for public utility client
• Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and meet performance goals
• Work various shifts including at least one weekend day (24/7 operation)
• Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to document and resolve issues

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
