  • Experienced in customer service, ideally fashion/retail/luxury/e-commerce.
  • Experience leading or coaching a customer service team.
  • Skilled at organizing workloads and managing priorities.
  • Problem-solver able to handle escalations and resolve issues.
  • Analytical with ability to use data/reports to improve performance.
  • Proficient in customer service systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communicator with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Available to work late shifts.
