📋 Description

  • Drive product adoption via 1:1 and 1:many channels (video, email, webinars).
  • Support a range of digital touchpoints to deliver value across the lifecycle.
  • Proactively engage customers to mitigate risk, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Own timely escalation of customer and internal queries; know when to escalate vs problem solve.
  • Conduct engaging customer calls and webinars to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Renewals, Sales, Product, and CS teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, support, sales, or customer marketing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building; accountable for customer success.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling customer materials.
  • Strong organizational skills; can plan milestones and track projects.
  • Understanding value measurement and renewal processes; recurring revenue experience a plus.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
