Customer Success Coordinator - French Speaker (VIE Contract)

📋 Description

• Manage a combination of customer-facing and non-customer-facing operational responsibilities
• Deliver platform demonstrations, buyer trainings, back-office support, program reports, and prepare
• Liaise between the customer and other EcoVadis departments (Marketing, Product, Sales..) to solve
• Improve quality of service by recommending improvements to internal processes and identifying new
• Empower customers on program implementation by assisting with creating powerful communication to
• Enable customers to monitor their performance and progress through relevant program KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of successful customer support or account management experience with large accounts
• Formal education in a related field (Supply Chain, Sustainability, or Business) highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in French and English (strict requirement)
• Additional language fluency in German, Spanish or Italian considered a strong advantage
• Excellent Excel and data analytical skills, ability to summarize complex data into actionable
• High level of organizational skills, ability to operate autonomously, prioritize tasks, manage time
