📋 Description

  • Deliver world-class support to top clients

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Account Management or Customer Success (B2B)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of stellar customer support
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
  • Proficient with SaaS and marketing tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
