Customer Success Engineer

📋 Description

• Support customers directly through channels such as messaging platforms, Slack, phone, and email
• Help users maximize the value they receive from the platform by understanding their needs
• Read and interpret API documentation and troubleshoot integrations with common SaaS systems
• Work with customer data and understand the fundamental concepts and technical building blocks
• Collaborate closely with Technical Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Engineering
• Identify recurring customer issues, opportunities, and process improvements, and contribute to

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role; prior experience does not necessarily
• A technical background gained through professional experience, education, or a combination of both.
• Working knowledge of SQL, or a strong willingness to learn both foundational and advanced concepts.
• Ability to understand API documentation and familiarity with how standard SaaS tools and business
• Strong discovery, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts
