Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, serving as the primary advisor for customer strategy
• Build trusted relationships with Director, VP, SVP, and C-level stakeholders.
• Develop customer success plans and lead strategic business reviews, executive presentations, and
• Navigate escalations, address performance challenges, and proactively recommend strategies that
• Own customer retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities while protecting recurring revenue.
• Analyze advertising and marketplace performance to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, eCommerce, retail media, digital
• Proven success managing enterprise accounts, driving renewals and expansion, and mitigating churn.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon and Walmart advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands
• Experience advising senior stakeholders, leading business reviews, and handling commercial
• Ability to interpret advertising performance data and translate insights into strategic
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems, reporting tools, and cross-functional account
