Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Act as main contact for agency activation partners and deliver value
• Be a specialist in the Smartly platform and digital advertising
• Partner with Agency Sales to drive adoption and awareness
• Collaborate across functions (Sales, Onboarding, Tech, Product, Eng)
• Train agency teams on using the Smartly platform
• Build programs to educate agencies on Smartly solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of relevant customer success experience
• Advanced knowledge of digital advertising across Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat and TikTok
• Google experience beneficial but not essential
• Programmatic experience and Smartly knowledge a plus
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Hybrid work ability in Amsterdam office (3 days/week)
