📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience and
• Become a specialist in the Smartly.io platform and digital advertising in general to solve problems
• Build and foster strong relationships with customers as well as partners like Facebook and Pinterest
• Be the voice of customers to inform sales process and product roadmap
• Collaborate effectively across functions including Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, Services
• Help build a world-class Customer Success organization; contribute to knowledge library, optimize

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function
• Advanced knowledge of social advertising (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat etc)
• Highly empathetic, positive attitude, strong desire to help customers reach goals
• Results-driven mentality with bias for action and collaboration
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit
