Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Support tactical account tasks: issue tracking, data/trend analysis, meetings, and business reviews.
• Understand clients to contribute to planned strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Account Management to drive renewals and improve customer success.
• Be the voice of the customer; share feedback across internal teams.
• Oversee multiple customer projects across lifecycle: expansions, implementations.
• Improve internal processes; leverage AI tools to automate admin tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in client-facing CS/AM/CSM roles.
• Proven track record managing accounts and driving renewals.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Google Apps.
• Strong customer focus with a success-first mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects.
