📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of 30–40 accounts as their primary contact post-onboarding — building strong
• Triage and prioritise your portfolio by risk, strategic value, and expansion opportunity —
• Conduct quarterly check-ins and bi-annual Executive Business Reviews — keeping clients engaged
• Leverage CS tooling and AI to manage portfolio health at scale — tracking account signals
• Partner with Account Executives (AE) on renewals and expansion opportunities — identifying

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS or professional
• Portfolio management experience: comfortable managing 30–40 accounts simultaneously using data and
• Strong client communication skills: communicate proactively, build rapport quickly, and handle
• Commercial instincts: spot expansion opportunities organically and know how to partner with sales
• Data-driven approach: track GDR, account health scores, and expansion signals to drive decisions.
• Comfort with tooling and AI: experienced with CS platforms and either using AI to manage portfolio
