  • Proven record managing corporate and enterprise accounts; renewals and expansion.
  • Experience with AI customer engagement strategies and automation.
  • Strong commercial mindset with ownership of revenue on renewals and expansion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Fluent in English and German; self-motivated and adaptable.
