Support 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation with Veeva PromoMats and Veeva Medical
Lead with curiosity, act as a trusted advisor and own the relationship with customers' business
Liaise with Veeva Strategy, Sales, Product and/or Services' stakeholders to address customer needs
Through proactive engagement, provide strategic guidance to optimize use of Veeva applications and
Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva connections for collaboration opportunities

🎯 Requirements

7+ years' experience in promotional content or Medical within life sciences industry
Experience working with or in large global pharmaceutical companies
Customer-facing consulting experience
Experience managing relationships with key decision makers and application owners
Ability to travel up to 25%
