Customer Success Manager - Digital Paid Media - AI and Automation First

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of multi-location and franchise brands, acting as the primary point of contact
• Run a high-touch onboarding process to establish long-term partnerships
• Build cross-channel performance strategies across Google Search, Meta, YouTube, Display, and
• Lead business reviews presenting data-driven insights and clear recommendations
• Work with Technical Account Managers to monitor delivery, diagnose performance, and adjust campaigns
• Identify and close expansion opportunities through thoughtful upsells

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in account management or client strategy at an ad agency, ad tech company, or media
• Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including building and managing campaigns
• Experience managing client budgets across multiple accounts simultaneously
• Track record of growing accounts, not just retaining them
• Ability to analyze performance data and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders
