🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Dutch languages.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success or SaaS account management, ideally within
• A background or strong affinity within the education sector, coupled with enthusiasm for education
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and influence
