• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in customer success or account management within a digital marketing
• Working knowledge of SEO and PPC, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with an interest in
• Ability to interpret GA4, Google Search Console, and dashboard data, identify performance changes
• Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to present clear, persuasive insights to business
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for research, reporting, and
• Experience managing projects through ClickUp or comparable platforms such as Asana or Monday.
