📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients, leading regular
• Interpret data from GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, HubSpot, and agency
• Help clients understand developments in traditional and AI-powered search, including AI Overviews
• Align content strategies with client objectives, identify gaps affecting search visibility, and
• Monitor account performance, customer sentiment, and retention indicators; develop recovery plans
• Translate client success plans into actionable ClickUp projects with clear owners, milestones, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in customer success or account management within a digital marketing
• Working knowledge of SEO and PPC (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) with interest in AI-powered search
• Ability to interpret GA4, Google Search Console, and dashboard data.
• Strong data storytelling skills; able to present insights to senior decision-makers.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) for research, reporting, and
• Experience managing projects through ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.
